It does not apply to you. You need to give testimony in Church for your saved 5 points
Nikkybeth:
Good day guys. I created my profile in June and my score is 474. My birthday is tomorrow. The draw today is 472. The tie breaker rule should not apply to me right? But I haven't received any ITA.

Hello
Do you select Yes or No to the Has Shalewa applied to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? if you have had multiple express entry profiles that either expired or became no longer valid because English test expired.

NO. You have applied after getting invitation and submitting the eAPR as an applicant. Being in the pool means you are just a candidate. However, if you have applied for a visit visa or student's and denied. You say YES to those.

Hello
Does anyone know if Ontario nominates applicants based on the primary NOC selected or they scan through your entire work history picking applicants with most number of work experience years in the targeted NOC's?

Just received my PPR.. Wow! I'm still surprised as I called IRCC just yesterday and was told my eligibility was recommended pass while my security had not been started. My AOR was on March 12 and due date Sept 12. I was thinking the Covid would have delayed the application.

I'm so grateful to God and to every single person here on Nairaland. And to all the mods who helped create fantastic page 1. That was all I read and that was what helped me submit a good application.

Thank you Nairaland.

Oh wow! This stunt right here is quite amazing though, considering the fact that you posted the comment below on the 11th of September asking the house about which NOC best suits you, a question you repeated the following day which was on the 12th.. So it's PPR already, even "when security had not been started"!!! grin

Hi,

Ultra new member here (Although I've been a very active non-member). I really want to commend everyone for the good job they've been doing, most especially all those that take time off their busy schedules to answer questions.

I'm a bit confused on my NOC choice. Could someone be so kind as to help me with the best NOC to choose as my job description seems to fall under two NOC's.

My job duties are listed below:

1) Local purchase of items needed for running the company.
2) Maintained stock levels of all items
3) Sourced and maintained relationships with suppliers
4) Planned logistics schedule for suppliers.

Thank You

Hi,

Whether you believe me or not makes no difference to me. The fact is thay I've gotten my PPR and your doubt or disbelief won't change it.

I asked that NOC question because I was doubting my NOC choice 6 months after submission (That's what the long wait does). Infact, as of yesterday, I was doubting the passport I uploaded sef..(Cos I used a passport app to edit instead of going to a photographer). The long wait was messing with my mind and the GCMS notes I ordered wasnt forthcoming, hence I asked the question.

But thanks all the same for pointing that out..as someone else would have still asked the same question too.

Many people have been told security not started on phone or webform and they got ppr next day. Repent. I know two people who got ppr yesterday as well.

Hello Fam,

I need your help with choosing the right NOC.

I'm an Electrical/Electronics Engineer in the marine Industry and NOC 7242 best suits my job duties to about 90%. This is NOC C and it is eligible for express entry as well.

My fears now are the employment requirements. it says I need to have undergone some apprenticeship for a couple of years before I'm qualified.

I didn't do any apprenticeship or training but my Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering qualifies me for the job here.

Filling my profile and I'm on that field that asks when I first qualified to work in that capacity. I don't know if I'm to put the year I earned my degree or not since I don't have any apprenticeship training.

Should I ignore what's on the "employment requirements" ?

I'm puzzled. Please help me out. Thanks

Hi Everyone and congratulations to all ITA Clinchers.

I’ve had to request for my UK PCC that was around March this year because I was expecting to receive ITA before the pandemic.

Due to the drop down on Crs cut off now. I’m expectant with 471.

How long does the UK PCC last for before expiring. Although I read 12months, would like to confirm. Just in case one needs to request again.

P.S I’m currently living in Nigeria.
