There are many youths in other parts of Nigeria who don't need such peanuts to attract them to join bokoharam cos they've touched success through hardwork and can't be brainwashed...Is there even any difference b/w bokoharam & bandits? You're elected into office, paid with public funds, with the perks of office so as to provide fundamental solutions to social-economic challenges but all they could do is reward bandits & terrorists with public resources while hardworking Nigerians bear the burden of government failures.
