Truth is d point raised by shehu sani is actually d agenda of buhari long before he became president. It is something he advocated for during d Jonathan administration. Buhari had said "fight against BH was a fight against d north". He also advocated rewarding BH just d way Niger Delta militants were "rewarded". He felt if d militants were given all sorts, then BH should also be rewarded
