He didn't build unth, it's a nigerian's property.
The only thing he did in Enugu city was building parklane in enugu.other things were built in his town..esut medical school was in Nsukka, but he moved it to agbani, nigerian law school too to agbani, air force school to agbani.he never constructed a single road in Nsukka zone.

Kidnapping was high,killings was high, pensioners and civil servants were owned.he governed Enugu like his own property and filled his people everywhere neglecting other parts of enugu.the only people that loves chimaroke nnamani are his nkanu people

These are road projects I have seen and can remember. Still many. They are one sided because its my area. Other areas are also remembered.
Because the guy is not working well in Enugu city. Enugu does not start and end in the city. The rural areas have long been neglected.
