Is there really something going on with CAC portal?
My agent has been unable to register my company for the past 5 months now. I am still patient with him and giving him the benefits of the doubts. I am aware it takes about two days to incoporate a company in some foreign countries even during this pandemic period.

What category of company your agent is registering for you?
Business name, Limited liability company or trustee company?

Business name and limited liability company takes max 1 month
while trustee takes max 3 months because is NGO which has to do a lot of documentations

How will ease of doing business improve when govt agent behave stupid. CAC works like a snail. I got contact on SON website. Sent message to it, since two weeks, the message has not delivered. Useless sets of dinosaurs.

I did one in that time frame this year.

If no issues with name, namesearch is out in a day, if you have all signatures and information fill out, pay stamp duties and submit same day.

Cert. out next day.

But did he carry you along? Have you sign form 7 and 8 for the director's page?

He didn't mention anything like that. He reserved name and then now claimed CAC portal had cyber crime issue. He previously said it crashed during the lockdown.

He want to revalidate the name but he is not giving me any other information apart from excuses.

CAC registration for LLC is Max 2 weeks.
