My gen started having issues now... The exhaust brings out black visible smokes, sooth black are all over my balcony... It will make a loud noise for about 5mins then it will stabilize... I cleaned the plug , less than 10 mins it started same thing .. Its Thermocool junior

Good morning all and happy Sunday, my I pass my neighbour is giving me issues, I changed the piston and rings yesterday and after that it will on and if u applied load it will try to shut down in some cases it will shut down and this morning it will shut down with loud noise. I need help asap thanks.

Engr. Well done sir . Please help me confirm which KVA is this cause am using elepac yaofeng 3.1 or 3.0. please help .. I don't know if it has the capacity of carrying a pumping machine and also my tv set. Please is urgent.

Which size or capacity of generator is advisable to get for someone who wanna run a business centre of 2 average sized printer, 1 big printer(200k), 2 desktop pc,2 laptop mainly?which brand of gen do u also advise?

The AVR should be the culprit. So you may need to change it.

You can do it yourself if you get the right spanner. The AVR is located on the coil chamber just close to the exhaust pipe.

you are spaming the thread. It's a 2.5 kva. Not good enough for pumping machine. Although it will carry it but over stress it .

if you just change piston and ring. You have to let it work for many hours before giving it load

it's working well now and firing very good. I think the rings was responsible for it. But it's drinking fuel ehhhhh.
