Your vote is useless, it will be counted as invalid vote unless it is not APC, when the PO want to count your inconsequential vote, he will put ink on his finger and use it to touch your insignificant vote, it is then rendered invalid, stay behind to confirm, APC 208 PDP 003 invalid vote 27 |
