Your vote is useless, it will be counted as invalid vote unless it is not APC, when the PO want to count your inconsequential vote, he will put ink on his finger and use it to touch your insignificant vote, it is then rendered invalid, stay behind to confirm, APC 208

In my PO, APC was trying to share money but many disregarded them. It was nice to see that people are beginning to be accountable
