APC is made up of over 45% of those PDP u mentioned who 'siphoned and looted' Nigeria. D important thing is that in d midst of d looting and siphoning, d economy was booming, jobs, weren't lost, international investors weren't leaving d country, people weren't committing suicide cos of hunger and starvation.
