definitely, though house materials are quite expensive now, but with 800k, you should be able to get the house to a roofing level.

The type of foundation required differs with the type of soil in the proposed location.

The first step is usually to prepare your drawings for your proposed home. Then estimate what it will cost to build the drafted floor plan.

In your case, you want it backwards.

It's possible to build the foundation of a duplex for the said amount if it's

1. going to be founded on a very good soil
2. The ground floor area should be small enough to only cost your budget for it's foundation. Smaller building will have smaller foundation which will cost less.
