Site update and some analysis of the material

Preparation for doors and windows also in progress.

Here we are using TOWAL brand of Aluminum frame with 5mm thick glass for the sliding windows
We need something rugged bcs it’s strictly for commercial purpose.

Also to save cost we are going for locally made rugged iron doors for all the entrance and exist of the building
We needed 16 doors both 3ft and 4ft
4ft size Each one cost 40,000*8=320,000
3ft size each one cost 30,000*8=240,000
Total N560,000

Turkish regular door cost 90,000*16=1,440,000

We safe whopping some of N880,000

Bcs in this area tenant doesn’t value fancy door as additional beauty to the building which will will make cost of Rentage to be higher than others house.

I actually wanted that grey color but it was more expensive than the normal white. EBM grey is even the most expensive grey and I don't know why the grey is more expensive than white - it made me to pick white even though grey was my preferred color as it looks different and more matured.

The only clear difference I noticed is the thickness Tower and EBM are more thicker and in most cases they do wrap there product with rice looks alike sack also I can see that there final finishing product color always looks cool and calm.
The China frame finishing always looks shining and they do cover there product with nylon foil
And very light in weight

Not just EBM, even grey tower and imported seems more expensive than white windows. Grey is more matured than all these whites we use. And I like to always have something different. Rotechh, I hope it is true because that's what I was told that grey is more expensive

Yes you are very correct, the colour looks more mature than white colour.
Grey and some others special colour are more expensive you needs to make requests and down payment is compulsory in most cases before you can get it.
Not like white which you get even in a remote village

Quite competitive. I am sure you must have given good quality specifications. Just that I have serious issues with Nigerian fabricated doors. Before you know it, it will start rusting from under and the key area would become difficult to even open again.

I am a tenant in a my current place and the man used local doors. The doors looks strong but we have changed the locks like 3 times now.
