The higher the demand, the lower the price...... Is more to do with economies of scale + comparative advantage.......

The more quantities you produce, the lower the cost of production. If it's a niche market, you want to maintain customer patronage, hence offering deals to your customers, to sustain and maintain healthy demand order books........

Your wage bill remains the same, so why not push the factory........ Thought about cost of storage?....? Biggest cost to production is storage etc etc etc...... Make i continue.............
