pls can you tell me the numbers of people u know that invested at the peak of lock down cos as far my knowledge could carry me i dont know any but i received my roi through out the period. Even some people went to terminate their investments during the period only for them to discover that MBA never fold.

First of all, he is not an investor (someone that can’t boast of #10000).
He claims to be a big boy. He’s fake, like too fake with numerous moniker. The same way he’ talks without brain on this thread, he used to do that on ‘Ashewo beer parlor thread’ before he was lynched out of that group. I think he’s very mentally unstable.

Did you do a top up? Was it effected on the system? My bro was underpaid after a Topup that I somehow failed to follow through on th system. Raised a complaint and despite being inside it took 18 days for the ROI on the Topup to be paid. Sometimes you have to be patient and followup with your account officer.

Investors feel that account officers get a commission on their investments. We DON'T. So be nice and patient when we try to fix your problems. One investor with 49m came to the office to ask for termination. He was shocked when the account officer gave him a Termination Form. Like the account officer was supposed to beg him. Baba shock when a very beautiful termination form was given to him. MBA would like to have your money but we aren't begging for it

99.9% of the time, investors only reach out when they have issues or when they want to terminate. Agreed we (account officers) should do a bit more as regards engaging our clients. We are however, a growing business with a lot of our process evolving and developing. We are willing to learn and look forward to better engagements with our clients
