It's not just the amount of money I have the environment I spend it in also matters. OK why stay in Nigeria with it's bad roads and dirty environment and I'll still be harassed by SARS. Instead of going to a sane country with a good educational system, clean environment and I'd still be richer than the average person? And besides the insecurity and bad economy of this nation is too much. In 20 years there may not be a Nigeria anymore.

With $18 million you can create your own America and Europe in Nigeria. Let me ask you another scenario, what if you are offered $18 million and you have to stay in Nigeria or an American or Canadian visa without the $18 million which one will you choose.
