Julie Pinnick, wife of NFF boss, Amaju Pinnick is an interesting personality. At her residence in Ikoyi, the mother of four who has a cleaning company spoke with Sunday Sun about her favourtites.

What’s your favourite food?

I’m not really into favourite food because I’m open to everything. I like isi ewu and nkwo obi.

Favourite colour?

I love red, I love white, I probably would wear any colour but if I’m to choose, it’s red.



Favourite car?

I don’t have a favourite car. I love all my cars. I probably love my Benz the most, because it’s fast and sleek.

Favourite weather?

I like it when it’s not raining.

Favourite holiday spot?

I just love going on a cruise. Anywhere in the Bahamas, Mexico and islands on the Mediterranean Sea. For now, I just love the cruise along the Mediterranean. I could say Hawaii and the Bahamas.

Favourite music?

I love music. I could have been a musician if I was not married to my husband. I was in the choir. I get goose bumps when I hear good music. Music makes me happy. There’s always a song for every situation. I could be listening to music and not listening to the lyrics. I listen to the beat. The base guitar in the background, the piano and the drums because I have been in production and I know the effect these instruments have on the song. I love gospel music and sometimes when I’m down, there’s music to elevate my spirit. I also love to dance. I can unwind in my house and just dance with my kids. I think people who love to dance and sing are the best people

Favourite designer?

I don’t have oh. It’s not about designer. Those things don’t define me. I buy them, don’t get me wrong but I won’t go out of my way to buy. If I go into a store, if it suits me I buy, I don’t want to know who the designers are. The fashion industry is booming, we are fashionable people but we have to think about exporting our fashion and the only way they can do this is to improve our finishing in order to compete with dresses abroad.

Favourite book?

I don’t have. I’m not too much of a reader. I would rather spend that time to help my children do one or two things or take care of my business. I don’t think I have the luxury to read. Newspapers and magazines are okay but to sit down with a book for me, it’s a luxury.

Favourite leader?

My husband, Amaju Pinnick. He’s a leader and leading me very well.
