As anyone experience data loss on their ps4 console, my ps4 just did 2day and am very saddened by it, all the progress I have made on each games now gone.
B4 mine a friend of mine have experience such b4, I thought it was an isolated case, not knowing it is genreal.

When the PS4 isn't shut down properly, especially when you're saving or installing game files, it increases the risk of the hard drive crashing or the data getting corrupted. Buy a UPS for your PS4 or get PS+ so you can save your save games online.

From time to time always backup your saved game files to an external drive.
I have never experienced data loss, but I always make backups.

Do you have multiple user profiles on your console? Coz if you try to play a game with USER2 for a game you play with your PSN profille for example, you won't be able to access saved data from that profile

Not account problem, the game starts like I just install a new firmware version on it, showing some tutorial bullshit.
