Job Summary:
The Mechanical Engineer will oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and other essential equipment within the company/depot.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, review, and oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement timely corrective actions.
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage energy-efficient solutions to minimize utility costs and improve sustainability.
Maintain accurate records of mechanical systems maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Support emergency response procedures related to mechanical failures.
Train and supervise maintenance technicians and junior staff when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the hospitality, commercial real estate, or facility management sectors.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and energy management systems.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:
