First off, that box its in definitely isn't a Patek Nautilus box.

Secondly, Patek's are rarely ever easily gotten off the shelf. The waiting list on the average, runs forward a number of years. To get one from an authorised dealer in a quick deal, you are gonna need to fork out atleast twice its regular cost. Alternatively, you could pick one off the black market and risk buying a fake, or an OG one that cost an arm and a leg. You could also possibly get a second hand one either from an authorised dealer or on the black market...that one will still cost you a pile of cheddar.

The only logical way that this Ozo's gift is the real deal is if its a gift from a wealthy patron in which case it would be a 2nd hand one.

Having said that though, this replica may still be a good one that may cost some good money.
