The bad thing is that we can't help it because I don't see it stopping anytime soon, the only thing we can hope and pray for is when people are given slots, they should leave a little for merit so we the common man can fight for it.


Because there is no way a federal or even state government recruitment will be conducted and you won't see someone that entered with connection, even if it is just one person.


There is a thread on this nairaland, everyday people keep getting offer letter into NCC, CBN, NASDRA and top top agencies in Abuja. Thia company will still come out and put a disclaimer out that it is a lie.


But when you have a genuine source and the money, you will buy the job.


Just as the popular saying goes, "na who they catch be thief, if they no catch you na to claim Saint".

Am not blaming Newcastle2023 his info is coming directly from NCDMB but may not all be right concerning integrity of getting the job. If you ask any fed govt staff on their recruitment they will all tell you that it is based on merit so they won't help so you will go and read hard meanwhile their relatives are already in the list of successful candidate. Have already known much about these directors and senior staffs they are very cuirny

I swear they will tell you to go and pray that if anybody tell you he can help you that the person is decieving you but this same people already submit the name's of there candidates. I have experience it before. Integrity doesn't exist in govt in Nigeria especially when it comes to recruitment. Else the ES will step on toes which he won't dare because he will pay for it when they treat is f.up. Even that ES cannot be clean, so they know thereself that's why they must honor each other. You people should just go and bury this, " it's going to be merit base" talk.

Mr. Man can you just leave us alone with all this your connection talk. We know you have your connection, please use it and leave us the connectionless people to wait and hope in peace. And if your motive is to lure people to yourself in the guise of having connections and there after scamming them, please take your trade to another thread.

Note to others: Be weary of people like this especially the ones that just created an account and start making bogus claims. They are mostly scamers looking for their maga.

It's all about God's favour. Even if the biggest masquerade as regards to working there promised me a slot, I would still be childishly naive not to rely on God's favour as the sure thing.

@mr olaNL If you can read also i said i was looking for connect in a minister's office but i didnt get or can you connect me to anyone if you can read the previous page you will see where i said such thing have gone to their headquarter to submit and i was told I'd have to come with a recommendation letter and i tried to get but i was not opportuned so if you can help me please i will be glad am just saying this so that those who have opportunity should try from all sides because for them to say such thing means connect will work but am not planning on getting anybody's money. DPR place advert in 2016 that was even when buhair and Apc came newly with their Change but will know how it all ended firs did in 2016 we know how it ended too,Nirsal did we all know how it ended NCC did we know how it ended even nnpc was 70 connection and 30 merit merit in Nigeria is scam.

Let's be patient and wait for the invites. The advertised recruitment process will go well and smooth by God's grace.

So surprised on how some persons are fantastically wired when it comes to connection stuff. But when someone wants to control connection pollution in government's recruitment process, the people that will benefit from such development are the ones to be in doubt or if possible contest against it.

This recruitment was advertised without publicly specifying the agency and many people didn't apply for it.

NCDMB had tweeted that they are not recruiting and warned people about paying one million naira (1,000000) in order to get employed. Instead of people to know if anyone has been told to pay any money or if anyone has received a mail from the indicted email address, someone started attacking the website that people made their applications to.

Subsequently, NCDMB made another tweet that she is not accepting any CV with recommendation letter. No one here talked against it. Why? Because it is normal thing. Smiles.

Now, what is trending is that NCDMB is actually accepting CV with recommendation letter which is technically different from why this topic is created for.
And some people who I believed applied online are already giving up because of other people are allegedly submitting their CVs with recommendation letter.

Bottom line: What will be, will definitely be. Do your part by having what it takes for your prospective employer to see the potential in you to hire you.

There is no need to shrug off people that way, it is very rude and speaks poorly of you.


If you don't believe something, it is best you just skip it instead of trying to stop someone from talking or sharing info (and also, I don't give a damn about any info posted here in case you wanna use it has a point on me)


Let me tell you, as long as you are still on this thread, you will keep seeing info related to test invite, interview, offer letter and whatsoever (you can go to the DPR and NNPC thread to check for yourself) and if you know you won't be able to deal with it, you can just unfollow the thread, that way you will receive less info.
