I would like to know the areas or estates around AJah with good light supply. Not serviced estates.

A friend intends moving towards that area, and good power supply is one of his major considerations.

I will appreciate all responses, and any suggestion on the best places to live in AJah.

Hi, I understand that there are some communal fights that take place in the Ajah area, and I guess that's the reason for your comment on security.

As to electricity though, I had been made to understand that light is very good there and some estates even have constant light even though the residents pay higher rates.

I'd really appreciate if you could help shed more light.

No. Decided to get a place in Lekki instead. Much more costly but worth it for the stable light, safety and quicker commute.

If your priority is electricity though, check out the estates (e.g. Thomas Estate) - they usually have constant light but you'll pay more.

Most houses in Thomas Estate are old and not well maintained, though there are few new ones... May i ask where in Lekki? I mean the area you found? Light in Ilasan area is very stable though rent is pricey as well

It's in Ilasan. Around Salem.

I didn't actually visit Thomas Estate anyway. I think any of the newer estates around there would be good though. Most have arrangements to pay higher for more stable light.
