Kanu only exploited the technicality where the Judge, Mohamed Idris that gave the verdict had been promoted to another higher court, which means, the judge should not be the one to seat in Kalu case again.
How is that EFCC fault? All these lazy youths sef.
The court didn't say Kalu was not guilty, they only said Justice Idris Mohammed, should not have precised over the case again, since he had been promoted to high court.
