Good it was locked. The first time I try to read comments on the president's tweet, that was when I gave up on the youths. All u see is I follow back as if the number of followers on Twitter translates into money. When Trump tweets, go and read the response he gets and compare it with the response u see on Buhari tweet then u LL know the real problem of this country. |

When they say failed state its the leaders that failed the state not the state that failed itself... |

Jossyroyal1:3 whole years of more pain and suffering. I expect I'd be out of this country before the end of this man's reign. |

Fibonacci88:No, you are the problem of this country to think to compare a working Trump to a failing Buhari; to compare American youths who enjoy living wages and better standards of living to the vast majority of unemployed Nigerian youths out there, living under a dollar a day, no thanks to leaders like Buhari. You're probably too dumb also to interpret the import of the actions of those tweeps. |

michlins:That's not true. Yes, on becoming President, his life (private or public) becomes a thing of INTEREST to many more people but he NEVER gave up his private life. If anything, with layers of security and protocols imposed around him, his private life becomes MORE regulated and secret. |

festacman:Even if Buhari rapes your mother, you will find a way to turn the blame on your mother and exonerate Buhari. That's how bad your mental reconditioning has become. You said happy Independence. Independence from what exactly? Does your brain recall that your country is now enslaved to China? |

festacman:Since the account is personal and not official, he should stop using it to comment on national issues and programs. He should restrict it to posting pictures of his wife, children and grandchildren. |

Virginnn:Since it is a personal account, he has the right to post whatever he wants or make comment on any matter of interest to him just like POTUS TRUMP who uses his account to curse and denigrate people at will. |

nairanaira12:You are wrong. If Buhari rapes my mother, I will whip his arse badly, provided it wasn't by mutual consent. Nigerians is celebrating independence from British rule like Americans do on 4th July. You have the right not celebrate, which doesn't change anything, really. Nigeria is not enslaved to China. Your leaders stole your money and left you without basic infrastructure. China has magnanimously but SHREWDLY loaned you money to built those missing infrastructure to help your economy. Blame your past and present leaders, not China. Happy Independence Day, my friend. |

festacman:Independence from British rule, but we are now in bondage to a foreign country. Independence from British rule but we are now in bondage to politicians and security agents. Is that what you think is worth celebrating? |

nairanaira12:Even people in prison celebrate their birthdays, thanking God for being alive. It is only when you are alive that you can fight your way out of bondage. |

nairanaira12:As far as you are alive, your capacity to accomplish things cannot be determined but it all depends on mindset. Of course, a negative mindset like yours would give up even when a golden opportunity spreads its hands for a warm embrace. |
