Good morning Nairalanders,
Happy 60th independence and happy new month.
I am planing to embark on a building project with plan below,

I will like to know what it will cost from start to finish.

I will also I like to know if it is advisable to pay for Local Government and Urban fees before the start of this project as it is so expensive.

The location is Port Harcourt.
