I don’t know the details of what went between u and ibk2020 but ignoring the allegation made by your client is not the best way to go . It oozes arrogancy and disrespect, no matter how little the client or project is . All clients need to be treated with respect

I am a true lover of your works, likewise many people on NL but I must tell u that this is not my first time of reading about your nasty attitudes to clients .... this is not nice at all .... even if u are the perfect builder and ur attitude stinks, clients will run away and seek alternatives .... no one knows or can do it all

For the sake of peace and professionalism, humble yourself and address the issue on ground.... no one is above mistakes ... we all learn everyday .

most of the contractors here are rubbish,overcharge you and cant deliver.most of them are just rude and arrogant, they trick you by quoting low prices then try to increase the money later. just stick to the professional like spyder, egunmojaji and others. the rest are just annoying people especially that arrogant roof guy.

Note: Foundation of the main building has been started but we will be making some adjustments to it before we continue.

While we start afresh a BQ and Gen House + Security House separately.

Important info about this site.

There is an existing foundation on the main building, but we are adjusting it slightly to represent our new proposal. Note. The existing was done by another contractor. Same with the security house but we are adjusting them all.

The only new foundation we are doing everything fresh is the BQ...

With time I will share the plan preview that shows the adjustments
