The very tweet above from one inebriated Buhari is to put it mildly, very dangerous and clearly exposes the mindset of the Daurra Disaster. In his views, he can willfuly hack away at the foundamental rights of certain groups within the so-called Nigerian federation, if in his warped judgement, the actions of anybody in such grouping runs contrary to the wishes of the terror at Aso!
