Hi people. Please can a bank statement of my salary account showing inflows of salary payment be used in place of a pay slip?

submit only reference letter. If they need bank statement they will contact you. You can add it if you want ab initio and circle the salary inflows with marker.

do u still need to show how u got the money with gift deed if u are using treasury bills?

Lemissus:

Nobody is being refused for using treasury bills or fixed deposit. You just need to show how you accumulated the funds either by gift deed or from savings from salary or whatever.

Congratulations mate!

Seems Canada isn't extending their border lockdown, hence why they are now releasing PPRs. Usually, they announce border extension 2weeks before the lapse of the initial date... Today is 13th and no word on extending the lockdown date beyond September 21st.

Guess the entire programme will be fully back. Fingers crossed.

AVO your shidren are waiting o! Lolz.

I pray this is true. September 2019 AOR and we have not heard a single word from Accra. Sent countless emails and requested GCMS and there seems to be no issues. We are just here waiting and waiting. It's so frustrating.

Just received my PPR.. Wow! I'm still surprised as I called IRCC just yesterday and was told my eligibility was recommended pass while my security had not been started. My AOR was on March 12 and due date Sept 12. I was thinking the Covid would have delayed the application.

I'm so grateful to God and to every single person here on Nairaland. And to all the mods who helped create fantastic page 1. That was all I read and that was what helped me submit a good application.

Thank you Nairaland.

Congratulations!!!!
Please can you share how you called them? I've been trying to use dingtone but it's not working.
I'm so happy for you.

Meanwhile I created an SINP profile and my total is 67. Which other PNP can I apply for with my scores below
L 7,5,S 7.5,R 7.5,W 7
Age: 34 (will be 35 by April 29th)
Single
ECA done
I have a BSc Accounting and PGD Business Administration

Please I need help and clarification.

Hello seniors in the house, I need a clarification on this.

A friend of mine when filling his EE profile..,under the Immigration and Citizenship form he selected 'Yes' on both have You applied to IRCC before? and have you applied for EE before? But the EE number and UCI number he Inputed was for the current profile (he said he thought it was for the current application then) not the profile he had that expired in July. Now he received ITA and discovered he might have made a mistake. I told him just to correct it in the new form and give reasons later on about y he changed it Dat it's not a big deal.

He's now contemplating on declining the invitation and do the corrections and wait for another 2 weeks because he's in a comfortable score. What's ur take on this guys?

My AOR was August 10th, and yes I got a biometrics instruction letter. I’ll proceed with the biometrics.

I included my degree certificate (masters degree from University of Toronto) and DLI number during the application. I’m very surprised that they’re asking for ECA, and I have just 7 days to submit the ECA, which is practically impossible.

Mamaroon:

My 2 cents below:

Biometrics - when was your AOR and did you get a Biometrics Instruction Letter? The new regulation is that biometrics are no longer needed if you have done one in the last 10 years, this was announced Sep 22 effective Sept 10. So if your app was submitted before then, perhaps you are not exempt and will still need to provide it.

ECA - the IRCC website says you do not need one for a Canadian degree so perhaps it is not clear to them that your degree is from Canada. Did you include your degree certificate and perhaps transcript and the DLI number? (see application checklist on page 1 for more details). Also hope it was not a distance learning program...see checklist for this also.

ok. Biometrics resolved.

For ECA, it might help if you do a detailed LOE quoting the IRCC requirements for a Canadian certificate, stating that you provided them previously and are attaching them again: certificate AND transcript, DLI number and any other requirement as per checklist. Again hope it was not a distance learning program, for that VO has the discretion to ask for more.

Good morning house. It's me again. Please guide me accordingly. When they state that if you have given biometrics in the last ten years, there's no need to give another one. Do they mean giving biometrics to travel to any country not just Canada? I did biometrics for study in the UK in 2015. Does it mean I don't have to do it again now? Thanks in advance

I would think IRCC is only referring to biometrics provided to the Canadian government.

I am no expert, but I think the biometrics will be considered for Canada travels only.

I don't think it's allowed to post phone numbers on this forum, it wouldn't be right to also post phone number on a public forum, but I clearly remember receiving your message and I responded. Maybe you should check again I would also try sending another mail.

I’ll do this, thanks.
No, my program was a full time Master of Engineering program (2 years). I graduated in 2018 and started working full time in Canada 2019 January.
