lazypenguin2000:. There is no money but there is just enough for them to loot and stash away in foreign lands? Please don't allow them to fool you. Ask yourself how come we built 4 refineries when our income from oil was small but when our income became astronomical we have not added a single extra refinery? Why where the refineries deliberately grounded and left to rot despite the billions spent on maintaining them? Do you know how much NNPC is generating? Please don't allow these devils we have as leaders deceive you. No government in Nigeria has ever had the interest of people at heart. They are only good at pilfering and making laws that justify their criminality. |

The president is dumb! Why stop the comparison at fuel alone? Why not continue the comparison to cover other things like salary? Why you no pay Saudi minimum wage in Nigeria? How often does the crown prince of Saudi Arabia travel to the UK to treat ear infections? How much is the cost of education compared to the salary of workers there? Do they rely on generators to run businesses as we do here? Abi he thinks it’s NEPA artisans rely on? You’re a selfish, shameless, wicked old man buhari! How can this be ur message of hope to Nigerians? |

The biggest scam we have presently now is Nigeria labour Congress, Beginning from the then administration of comrade Adams O. The present labour leader is a strong APC and Buhari supporter , so leading protest against this government is like fighting his own self, That is why labour will continue to have meetings upon meetings without result. There is no opposition , every body is afraid, aluta continua |

The comparison is just a clear way to show how illiterates reason.. Very stupid comparison. Have you compared infrastructural development, value for live, education, security, economy, human capital development, power/electricity supply, health care etc? Very stupid way of reasoning just to justify nonsense.. Shame on you. |

Both TUC and the president get it wrong. The cost of production determines the price. Not salary, not standard of living or cost of living. But the subsidy money should be invested in productive sector of economy and should be monitored by trade unions. That’s where their agitation should be directed. |

Dimwit of a president. Even if he did not write it himself, can't he use his head? His IQ must be in the negative. |

Dear supporter, Do you know that both countries are members of a cartel called OPEC? Your analogy lacks credence. You are worse than the president. With the figures generated daily, you deserve a better life, even if you have a good one, which I doubt. Can you imagine yourself defending a nation having crude oil with no functional refinery? Not even one? My friend, go back to school and learn well. lazypenguin2000: |

lazypenguin2000:Zombie ll always think he/she is wise. Since u re justifying what bubu said, with our small amount money earned as revenue from crude oil, what is the cost of governance in Nigeria as compared to Saudi Arabia? How of our refineries are working in Nigeria? A member in nass earn a minimum of 9m per month, we have 469 members out 200m Nigerians, do d maths. |

Dear sir, Please ask him that question again. "Why are we importing fuel. Does a wife of a yam farmer complain that fried yam is expensive and she has to go to a market and buy at the market price. Please this crude oil that we have , is it not in our ground? Even then is that the only national wealth we have?. Why are the refineries not refining crude oil into Pms, diesel, kerosene, bitumen, aphsalt, nitrogen fertilizer, and gas and other minor by-products. Is refinery technology a new thing that it's so difficult to achieve? Do we need to carry crude oil to another country to refine and then buy at international price? So a yam farmer who has aboundant yam will harvest lots of yam from his farm and (he knows his household eats yam regularly) sell all and then use part of the money to buy yam from another yam seller in the market? Is that the normal thinking? If we set up a refinery that produces 65M bpd -PMS (dangote) and geologist tell us that the next 50 years for example our oil reserve can match that. Are we going to cost international price to calculate what we need or a we going to cost the factors of production, consider how much we consume in Nigeria (about 40 M bpd-PMS daily multiply it per day and then per.year consider the revenue generated and see in which year they break-even and use that to know ur price u can sell per litre and then project ur profit outlook or u will just condiser international price?; With the extra 25M bpd I can even sell to neighboring countries? What of other national resources? Are they not in existence? Don't we have agriculture, iron ore, steel ore, gold, limestone, etc. Don't we have the waterways. Please the speech is for a man who blindfolded his eyes in order to remain perpetually blinded. It's is meant for the illiterates not the sound educated. nams77: |

lazypenguin2000:So,whose responsibility it's to fix n maintain our refineries? Is it de TUC or de Fed government? 'Importing fuel at #200 n expected it to be sold at #40' statement that you made is uncalled for. What concern TUC or de poor masses with the fuel importation? Is it not FG n her cronies that are bend on perpetrating such fraud n benefiting from it? So why should de poor masses be punished tro abitarary increase in the pump price for the offence committed by the elites? Another unnecessary assertion u made is de call for scraping off of PPRA to allow marketers fix the fuel price by themselves.Let me also ask you,if that happens, will u also call for de scraping off of National Salary and Wage commission to allow workers fix their own minimum wage? The summary is that,FG has no morale right whatsoever to compare us with Saudis! We are not on de same page abeg! |

lazypenguin2000:Leave all this long story, just tell your politicians to stop looting the countries money in billions of dollars yearly and everything will be alright even with the price of pms at 45naira/litre.. All Nigeria needs is good patriotic leaders, and every other thing will fall into place.. We don't have money, still trillions are stolen into private pockets on a yearly basis.. Nigeria has a yearly budget of over 5trillion naira, yet less than 30billion naira worth of amenities and infrastructural development is executed every year, the rest flows into private pockets.. Do a transparent audit of NNPC, NDDC, CUSTOMS, IMMIGRATION, POLICE, FIRS, PENSION'S board etc, then you will know why Nigeria has no reason to suffer, you will realize our problem is not low oil price but lowlife leaders in the helms of affairs in this country.. Even if Nigeria is given all the money in Saudi, it will vanish in less than a week and there will still be nothing on ground to show for it.. They can compare oil price in Nigeria to Saudi, but they can't compare standard of living in Nigeria to Saudi ... useless leaders. |

lazypenguin2000:Let's kill corruption, like say, by sentencing looters to death. We have enough natural resources for our human population of 200 million. We don't need to have the kind of oil that Saudi Arabia has and 200 million population is not 1 billion. Our problem is not lack of enough resources or too much population, our problem is corruption and lack of patriotism. You've seen how individual politicians and civil servants are stealing billions of naira year in year out! |
