You don't have to be there that early. For MOD it is 30mins before you test. Good luck to you.

Good afternoon guys, my exam by IELTS MOD is slated for 7:30am. Please is it possible to change it to afternoon as my home is very far from the exam centre.

Hey guys, I passed my IELTS with an overall band score of 8.0 (L-8.5, R-8.5, W-7.0, S-7.0).. Thank you all so much, I went through various advices on this thread and it really helped me. I prepared only with 'IELTSLiz' and took practice questions from 'Ieltsonline'. I was actually expecting a higher band score than this but I still thank God all the same smiley

Hi Everyone.

Please, how can i request a remark for my writting test with British council.

Has anyone requested for a remark recently? Please help with the details/steps to follow.
Please answer us
Re: IELTS: Share Your Experience, Ask Your Questions, Tell Us Your Score If You Can. by HEART1234: 1:53pm On Sep 26, 2020
You can follow the link below.

I have not requested for remark before, nonetheless I believe if your score need to be adjusted it would either be on the increase or same as the previous score. If your score is increased that mean your money would be refunded, however if it is the same score you have to forfeit the #15 000 for remark.

I wish you the best as you request for remark.

What I'll say is that as long as you're a native English Speaker, IELTS should be a walk in the park. I messed up during mine, especially my speaking session, stuttering at intervals and little grammatical errors, but still I made an 8.0 overall. If I should take the exam again, I'm 100% sure I'll hit the 8.5 overall band score.

Just practice with ieltsonlinetests.com to get familiar with question patterns, if you don't score well during practice, don't worry because the actual exam is a lot easier. Before taking my test, my highest band in Reading and Listening from online practice was 7.0 and 8.0 respectively. Both exams were so simple that was expecting a 9.0 band but I ended up with 8.5 each. Don't get yourself worked up, you'll be fine.

Watch all the tutorial videos on Ieltsliz.com. For the second task in the speaking part, I'll recommend Ieltsbuddy.com. You'll get to learn about a process that will enable you talk seamlessly within the alloted 2 minutes.

Congratulations on your enviable feat. Like how many exercises (Reading & writing) were you able to do within the time frame of your preparation.

Does the IELTSBuddy use skype for the speaking exercises?

Congrats chief. How long did your preparation take?

I've been doing some random searches into ielts long before my exam, but real preparation only began two weeks to the examination. It was two weeks of intensive study, within which I went through every available resource on IELTSLiz and completed more than 10 mock examinations from ieltsonlinetests
