PDP is a fraud.
Multiplier effect of corruption
1. A young man works for one of the state ministries. His salary is 120K. He makes 15,000 everyday on this desk (N75k a week) engaging in corrupt practices. As a result, he spends the daily cash as he cares. Living large and far above his legitimate income.
2. He visits the local joint every evening and buys drinks for friends, and area boys. They hail him. He is married, but has two girlfriends. His "income" is enough to take care of them. The Asun seller at his favorite joint is happy, the joint owner is happy.
3. Everyone was benefiting from his "income". Friends, family, area boys, joint owner, Asun seller, girlfriends, wife and his church. Life was good.
4. Then suddenly the ministry implemented the Treasury Single Account (TSA) at the beginning of PMB administration. His extra "income" disappeared and he had to adjust to the reality of event and live within his real income. That wasn't easy.
5. Initially he reduced his daily visit to the joint to 3 days a week and stopped buying drinks for everyone. He reduced the plates of Asun. The Asun seller started to find it hard to sell a full goat each day and resorted to buying half.
6. The young man's girlfriends started to feel the heat too. No more iPhone 10. The joint owner noticed a drop in sales. The young man finally stopped visiting the joint after a month. The area boys started feeling his absence. The effect cascaded down.
7. The young man started spending more time at home with his wife and kids. The family had to readjust to the reality of the new normal. His hair stylist noticed the young man suddenly stopped tipping. He will even wait for his N200 change after haircut.
8. Things are different. Times are hard, they all cry. The young man is blaming Buhari, his wife is blaming Buhari, the area boys are blaming Buhari, the girlfriends are saying Buhari must go, the joint owner is saying Buhari killed the "economy"
9. The Asun seller is cursing Buhari, the hair stylist is insisting Buhari is too old to rule. This is the story of our nation where corruption fuels the "economy". Those who are not engaging in it are benefiting from it.
10. This tread is not about Buhari's achievement or failure, but rather about the "multiplier" effect of corruption and how we have built a system largely driven by corruption. It's about policy implication (good or bad). It's about the choices we have made.
Finally, the young man had to withdraw his kids from what he called expensive primary school his kids attend. He added:"what are they teaching them there sef " Obasanjo didn't go to a private school. I just laughed .
I swear to God this gibberish makes no sense, going by the activities of this government, nothing has shown that Buhari administration is different from administration before him in terms of corruption or prudent management of resources, infact is obvious to sane mind that this government has blown whatever success this country has recorded in economic management. This corrupt government has rubbished whatever hope Nigerians have on single treasury account.disaster woman has rubbished whatever expectation we have concerning Buhari and corruption.

How many Boko haram fighters, bandits, killer herdsmen, gunmen etc, have the police arrested? We'll like to know the exact date when they'll be charged to court. It's stupidity to arrest people who are merely without violence expressing themselves but you rehabilitate those who have wrecked havoc and killed many. The template of justice in this country is messed up.
Even the few arrested have been released on the account of repentance and allowed to walk freely among the people whose family members were killed brutally by them. What a country!

Don't let them give you enemies. It's only the criminals in govt that are giving you that belief, so they can remain in power. A lot of yorobers never supported this evil rulers in power. Remember, they rigged osun at the last minute, they captured ekiti. They tried to rig Oyo, but failed.
Tinubu only represents Lagos, not all yorubas.

The only difference in this your anology is that the young man is now receiving 30k instead of 15k daily on his table from corrupt practices but not spending it to have the multiplier effect.

You make it seem like corruption is the only problem. No!

The major problem is LEADERSHIP.

When the leadership is clueless about what he needs to do in stamping out corruption, creating jobs , security and Making the citizenry prosperous, what do you expect.

We need a single man at the top to plan and initiate the desired change...but when such a man does not currently exist in our top hirachy of leadership, it will be a mere dream to expect better

I'm not a government worker or earn my living from any economically controlled entity, still i feel the heat of the nation. In the market, it's now a national anthem about the outrageous inflation everywhere. Youths are roaming the streets begging and as you step out, you see grown men approaching you to help them.

There's hardly good electricity but i won't blame that on the government. Just yesterday evening, i saw on the news, young men beaten and arrested for airing their opinion on a nation govern by democracy and they were beaten, arrested and scheduled to be charged to court, for what exactly ?

Haven't you been watching CNN and BBC, those protesters, do you see their government arresting them. Even in America, a citizen could go online and say crap about the president, he won't get arrested for that because the world has grown beyond tyranny. If you can't face opposition, then sour out from the pot of the nation.

Soldiers are dying like foul while the one entrusted with the duty to protect them, now reward the blood suckers(Boko Haram and bandits) by empowering them and imposing them into the military.

Everything about this present administration is wrong. I say it, let them come and make an arrest.....

Dude, let call a spade a spade, you and people like MANNABBQGRILL are enemies of the nation and democracy. We don't deserve this state of decadence &&&&&#
