I was refused a visa for 8 times, 8 good times, US visa (6 times) Irish visa (2 times). I got my Irish study visa in 9th attempt.

Facts because Nigerians are economic immigrants.
A Nigerian applying for a non immigrant visa is assumed to have immigrants intent, the onus is on every applicant to prove the consulate wrong.
