I remember calling their customer line about their property at Jericho ibadan say I Wan rent their duplex cos the house fine die.
He said 4million for a year rent.
He come be like say I get ear infection like someone in aso rock...
I called back severally say na rent I Wan rent o no be buy.
Dem say na 4million
Since then, na admire I dey always admire their buildings, I no want wahala for myself

Their properties are too expensive. Asejire land that used to go for #70k per plot are being sold for #1m by this people.

I remember when I met a lady working with Adron Homes marketing Real Estate on the streets of Lagos under the hot sun around 1pm on the road sharing fliers.

I told her I needed work. She told me to come work with Adron. According to her she said the job is Marketing. I would be coming to work everyday but No Salary.

It was commission based if I am able to sell any of their properties. And it's just 10%. At the time, the Real Estate company I was selling for was giving 20% as commission be4 they reduced it to 15% and we market at our own pace. We did ours as a side biz.

I told her thank you and walked away. Ever since, I don't envy any of their staff atall when I see them

I wonder how they transport themselves to work everyday especially when they don't sell in a month knowing how difficult selling Real Estate is.

It is well.

This is clear monkey they work, baboon dey chop.

Anyways my company is still recruiting and you can do it as a side biz anywhere you are even if you are not in the country, you can do it. Chat me up if Interested.

these developers have done more harm than goods when it comes to landed properties

theyve drive prices of landed properties up with their greediness. Why would a sane human buy land at 1.8m asejire when you get land of 1.5m not far from wema area close to gbagi

honestly, government needs to checkmate the excesses of these developers, they sell bushes to unsuspecting members of public through their packaged adverts. land that one can't develop in the next 10yrs, this is pure daylight robbery
