It is very shameful and disheartening that politicians can do this with public money..
Is that the schools you were voted to build?
Is that the roads?
Is that the health care?
Is that the jobs?..
What do these polithiefcians take the people for..
What a shame!

I don't think the regions should be compared to each other, they are people of different culture and what seem weird to one region is norm to another
