It is, yr 1 depends on jamb score while yr 2 is cgpa

They said Schorlarship this year hasn't started yet, but it will be open later this month.

I applied for this year's total/NNpC scholarship.
But I uploaded all my files using Jpeg format and one of the files I uploaded was 236kb as against the 200kb.
Am I safe or should I register again?
