[quote author=Desjen post=94465185]Hi,

Arrived North Cyprus from Nigeria on Monday, we are currently on Quarantine at Salamis Bay Conti Hotel in Gazimagusa and it's absolutely free. Covid-19 Test Report is highly important at the Airport, they check again before boarding to Ercan and check again on Arrival at Ercan Airport before proceeding to Passport Control. When you are stamped in, you pick up your luggage and get in a bus already provided to head to the Quarantine location.

Did you use OKTB? And is it one way ticket you booed? If yes hope there isn’t problem with it, please explain

That’s the truth due to NCAA timetable for all airlines.

I booked a flight for Monday on 19th of this month departure is from Abuja, maybe they adjusted their time table for later dates.

Ensure you check your flight regularly because Turkish airline are changing the flight automatically themselves that happened to few of my students in fact they changed one student flight like 5 times themselves.

Here is the NCAA timetable

Poster above, can you stop derailing this forum please? Because some people didn't do their research well before taking step doesn’t mean everyone is like that! Anyone that thoroughly go through this forum will know whatever he/she needs to know about studying/living in north Cyprus. If you haven’t discover yourself in your home country, then it will be hard to grow, you can’t be a toddler in Nigeria and expect to turn to adult over night in TRNC. TRNC may not be the right place. Some of us want to take advantage of the standard education, serene/safe environment, etc. To whoever who want to go to TRNC, please always endeavor to check on the school website, all the information you need is on their page. TRNC is not the problem but “the matter wey dey ground na we we cause am”. Look before your leap. Cheers!

If you are traveling to TRNC your test must be carried out within 120 hrs before boarding and must be valid upon arrival. So advise to get the test 48 hrs to your trip. Call any of these centers they will tell you how much and other details

Immigration don’t just collect phone of travelers at Ercan and start scrolling...I have addressed this many times in the past.

Unless the students appear not genuine or if asked questions given misleading information. I personally have loads of number from the south and I visit south regularly, my immediate cousins studies in the North at EMU, the younger sister studies at the south, immigration has never for once stopped him.

I have worked at international office of EMU in the past and visited airport to collect students; at airport immigration officers often ask new students questions to ascertain if they are actually coming for studies. I once a met student at airport with the immigration; look older but his passport says he is 23 years old, they asked him what he wants to study he had to check his admission letter to tell them; where is your university located ? He said Turkey ? Why re you in Cyprus if your university is in Turkey? He said that’s what the agent told him......I personally considered such person not genuine....

Any real students should know what he or she is doing.

No need deleting any number if the person is genuine...one can have number of any country in his or her phone ...

I am leaving on the 17th. Is turkish airline allowed to fly from Abuja on Friday’s now? I checked the NCCA date but no Friday flight in Abuja.

Honestly they are not stable for now. For me; I often buy the tickets myself through my agent so I get to watch the ticket changes regularly on the dashboard and I inform my students.

So they may change it or not; for now we booked 16th for 6 students.

So as I earlier advised; just keep tab on your ticket and email ...

Hi, they fly on Fridays now, based on the new schedule shared by NCCA. See the updated schedule attached.
