I want to get a Volvo xc 90 any thoughts on the car, I've been looking at some, like the 2009 and 2007, what year is the best and is very reliable,All comments are welcome

Both car year models you mentioned are same, no difference. If the headache is what year model to pick out of these two then I'll advise you to focus on the individual vehicles instead, go for the one that's in better condition.
