Sure say elneny na better player under Wenger? Mehn to be sincere with you, I never fancied that guy one bit under Wenger. In fact, it was only against a Europa league game against CSKA Moscow (Wenger last season) that he played well to me. The other matches, na really head-scratcher for me.


But now, under Arteta, I prefer his play to xhaka. He's really press resistant than xhaka and he doesn't fall down under any slight touch, looking for fouls (something I'm critical for mostly xhaka and guen).

Elneny played better under Wenger, his debut and goal at Nou camp earned him starting 11, he was a good replay for the aging Arterta and Flamini, not necessarily the main man, but he was a very qood squad player.

He only looked average and bad because Emery didn't use him, if you stayed long on bench, you'll drop form, Torreira and Guen were the star boys cause Emery used them, Xhaka looked okay because he played a lot with Arteta, now Neny is proving he isn't terrible as thought my many because he was backed with confidence by his manager. Put him back long on bench and play him with the Nelson, Smith and kola and watch him look poor again.

it's all good tho, but the elneny I watched under arsenal, I never liked his play. In fact, to me, seeing him play then, is equivalent to seeing kola play. That's how I dislike his play.

I'm feeling the loan did him a lot of good. I feel he's improved, or Arteta improved him during pre season. Any which way, I prefer his play now to xhaka

But like I said it's all good. We all had our different views, as long as it's for the betterment of arsenal, no qualms.
