I think there should be serious punishment for all these people constituting nuisance to the different professions. From fake doctors, fake pharmacists, fake lawyers, fake engineers etc, they should be made to serve longer jail terms.

Anybody that wants to practice any profession should go through the legally prescribed trainings and processes. There should be no shortcuts, otherwise everybody would rather follow the shortcuts instead of suffering to go through the trainings.
