Jumia is okay.I get all my electronic items and phones from them.Theit customer service is top notch as long as you are not trying to be funny or deceitful.Many of the bad stories around are from people trying to be tricky. I'm typing this on the umidigi A7 pro I got from them six days ago

It's possible to buy fake items from jumia
Jumia is a online store that works with marketers they don't confirm authenticity of products... Same product are been upload by different marketers with different prices all you have to do is look carefully for the price and spec of a product, if you don't think the item is original don't order it, or if you do you can still request a refund.
I have bought a fake power bank 40000mah power bank 4,000 from them when I was greedy you don't expect to pay that and get original product so watch out for warning signs

I can bet you Jumia is the best online store in Nigeria

I won't advice you to buy anything from Jumia. I ordered for a phone on Sept 8 from Jumia global, Jumia delivered a USB cord as my phone last week. I messaged them throughout last week, them no reply, them no do anything as regards my complaint until I called them out on twitter yesterday and I visited their hub go para for them. Till now I never see anything from them.

Personally, Jumia is the best, bought loads of products from them. Even the phone I'm using (Nokia 5.1 plus) was bought from Jumia. You just have t be careful and look for the perfect product for you, also check seller score and reviews.

I almost bought Nokia X5 then, but when I looked at the comment section I saw complaints about it being tampered with. So I went to check for others


And if you buy it and see it's not what you expected, you can ways return it

21k i paid on delivery but that was 2019

Don't be deceived Jumia is doing quite well I bought my phone and a new hard disk from them it was well delivered and exactly what I ordered

People need to understand that most item or product are not jumia's...
Jumia is just like a search engine (Google Bing and so) if you search on Google about a thing what you get it's not usually Googles articles rather someone else own and articles been displayed are index on Google by the writter or blogger
So in reality what happens is that marketers register and post a product on jumia and now when you order jumia goes to the Selle pick up the item and deliver them to you
Now here's the good part, you can return items back if you don't like it or if it's not what you ordered
So. Most product you are buying is not jumia's own or from it's store rather from other sellers
