You can only judge a person by their actions , speeches and body language... I think so far on a personal level the V.P has not done bad. But considering the promises they made on their way to the seat.. I would give them an F9, but Osinbajo has good intentions... He just happen to have the wrong person above him... It is not easy to fight your head when even Nigerians will not walk the way with you.
