Don't mind me jàre. I already placed order on Aliexpress for replacement parts but want to know if the problem isn't caused by the charger. My phone problem started with the charger I plugged the charger and noticed it didn't give the charging sound. That was when the sound went down. The opposite also happened when I plugged the charger few day latter. Before it finally stopped giving sound. The reason am particular about the charger (those that experienced the sound issue) is because I would not like to fix the replacement and the problem starts again after few days.

For the lens blur.....u have to take the phone closer to the object.....when click on the shutter...it would bring up something that reads as follows....."slowly raise your device, keep object centered" and it would indicate an arrow facing upwards....what you have to do now is to move the device slowly upward in the direction of that arrow,after clicking the shutter button....I hope this helps you..... because it's working for me after doing this

Sound quality is dependent on the user, for me it's the most balanced earpiece I've used, if u want higher pitched sound then go for the bluedio hi.

But since I don't like noise the QCY T5 does it for me...
