For now no defense system against these kind, very hard to detect on radar. The only mechanism that COULD stop them, and could is a big probability if you are able to detect them on radar which is very impossible for now given their speed, is glide breakers. And none in existence yet.

lol, I was just about to reply that guy before I saw your comment. Even the name alone is a giveaway. Hyper = above; sonic = sound wave. Hypersonic = above sound wave. So basically, with hypersonic missiles, YOU WON'T EVEN HEAR IT COMING
