Here is an article on the situation China.

I'm not here to debate whether the Chinese government is right or wrong on this matter, I'm only telling u it is a political issue in China which ozil erroneously dabbled into because of his Turkish origin ( If u read the article u will see where they wrote about the Chinese minority Muslims sharing the same origin with turkey)

If you still don't agree, I don't know what to say again
Baba at the bolded in all honesty if either Saka or Raheem sterling Tweets against Nigeria Government based on their handling of the SARS issues currently does that mean they have delved into politics?

I asked the above question to clarify something biko...

The problem you have on this particular issue is you refused to see the China situation for what it is ; international politics.

If after all that has been said and even the links I've dropped you are still asking the above question, then I'm done trying to make you see what is glaringly clear.

Nobody is saying Arsenal was wrong or right for dissociating, the fact is Ozil has done nothing wrong either, same way the employee in this case did no wrong by criticizing Trump. If the board feels there’s conflict of interest then they can severe the employee and pay him off and not using unnecessary PR to bully him out of the business.

It doesn't sound right. Arsenal can terminate his contract by paying him off with amount he's supposed to earn during the remainder of his contract. It's the same way they do for sacked coaches. They pay them their remaining wages for the duration of their contract.

Arsenal can do that any time. So I doubt if they've even offered to pay him off. They don't even need Ozil consent to terminate his contract, as long as the club follows the termination by paying his remaining wages into his account.

Then it's not Ozil fault then. If you were Ozil, will you accept it?

I'm 100% sure if they pay him off this morning, Ozil will pack his bag and go to Saudi before evening grin

How can you say he’s refusing to be paid off, if you say he’s refusing to take a fraction of what his remaining contract is worth I may agree albeit with proof but outrightly saying he’s refusing to be paid off is not true. You can always pay off a contract it’s always part of the agreement.

Na everybody wan play for Saudi Arabia?
You no even see better club, na Saudi Arabia club.

If ozil still feels he can offer at the top of the game, do you think he'll accept Saudi Arabia?

If arsenal is serious about this ozil ish, let dem look for club to loan ozil that ozil is comfortable with. Let the club pay some of his wages, while arsenal completes the remaining.

With this suggestion, I don't see how ozil will still be at arsenal.

The card they are accusing Ozil of playing is same the club is playing which is PR card. They want to embarrassingly force him out of the club for locking horns with the club hierarchy and avoid paying him his contract worth. But Ozil is not bulging. You can’t eat your cake and have it.

Also like I said in my previous post about the gunnersaurus ish. same way Arsenal is not a charity organization the players are not volunteers as well, the relationship between them is strictly business.

Reason I stated during Guendouzi’s argument then that we can’t be building a player at the detriment of results he could hit it in future and forget about the sacrifices the club made and jump ship. I am an Arsenal fan first before any player. Players will always come and go and don’t let them fool you about all those talk after signing that I have always loved Arsenal from the womb, it’s just cliché.

We can all learn a thing or two from this.

If an organization doesn’t want you and they can’t sack cos your employment contract doesn’t impose sack on what the issue is, they simply severe you with a package as stated in your terms of employment without making noise up and down.

Employers do this all the time including football clubs Arsenal is just being cheap here doing “agidi talika”

if the organisation doesn't want a worker, the pay him off and terminate their appointment according to the law binding them together, which is the employment contract. It's not hard na. But they are reeling up emotion which has nothing to do with business grin

I swear....
It's just PR stuff.

Why I will always side ozil in this case is

1... It's not only ozil that refused pay cut, why is he only him that's marginalized?

2... If they don't want him, there are various ways to go about that than bullying him upandan. If they still insist, then they should pay him off. If not, then play him(after all, he's not even exhibiting Sanchez behavior of playing nonsense wen he(Alexis) was tired of arsenal)

3... He's within his right for his full pay. Clubs will be glad to have ozil in their team. What is the issues is the wages.

If arsenal says they'll pay 250k, clubs are ready to pay ozil 100k a week.

I don't see how this is a big issue here.

Let me also ask you

If you work for an organization and it’s stated clearly in you employment T&C that the business can only sack you on cases based on theft, fraud and related matters without pay, but any other form of termination will involve getting at least a month notice and severance package of say current gross X number of years worked. So because you were having issue with your boss and they want to push u out they are now blackmailing u with PR while asking u to take half of what your severance is worth will you take it?

Some might not have seen what an employment contract looks like. There’s a reason you read and sign it keep the original copy and return photocopy to the employer. If you’ll terminate my employment it has to be as defined in the agreement anything outside that is at my discretion you can’t bully me to take it. I’ve got bills to pay.
