I understand your concerns, but you have to know that this issue is deeper than it looks because fraudsters are using proceeds of their fraud to give to Alfas and Imams who help them do black magic in order to get these people to send them money through gift cards or wire transfers but what they don't know right now is that majority of the Alfas doing black magic for fraud are aligned to Boko Haram, and Boko Haram is being sponsored by Hezbollah. There is no single yahoo boy who does not do black magic on their "clients"
