I am so passionate about Japan, so I would also like to learn their language too. But what am looking for is a course. Probably business administration or international relation.

Yes I have checked out MEXT, but in nigeria it’s only for the rich, we the poor masses can’t access that scholarship because the Japan embassy here in Nigeria give the information only to the rich people, (I mean people working in the embassy) so I need something direct from japan that will make me get their admission then I will goto the embassy and apply for a visa.

I didn't know about that.
Sorry.

What about JPSS( Japan Study Support ) or IFSA( International Foreign Students Association).
They also have many information.
You can check about scholarship and school.

Bros this question has been answered repeatedly here.
We even also confirm that mext has been collobid.
Google about Japanese national university
Write to a professor
Some have grants and may support you
Or you hustle as a student
National university in Japan is affordable and we'll equipped
But if you dey wait scholarship from Nigeria.....long thing
There are also scholarship only available to an enrolled graduate student like rotary scholarship
So make that move.

Undergraduate is strictly in japanese
And you have to prove your Japanese proficiency with jlpt n2 result
Can you write a chemistry exam fully in japanese?
Only graduate programs are both in japanese and English

Japanese national universities are affordable than UK or USA universities.
Graduate programs in Japan are research based master's not course work.
So you learn a lot and you do your experiments and reaserch yourself fully funded by the university.you don't pay or spend any one naira or yen of yours on your research.
Plus if your research is good. Your department also funds you to attend and present at conferences.
The average annual tuition fees at Japanese national universities is about 550,000 yen.
You also get to do part time work as a student, your visa allows it.

Have been communicating with several national Universities in Japan for a post graduate program and i discovered that you are even allowed to pay your tuition twice but the only factor still holding me back is that they are all demanding for an IELTS certificate. Japan that doesn't speak English is making IELTS compulsory for we Nigerians that English is our lingua franca.

That's a wrong way in looking at the issue. The course you intend applying for is taught in English and the institution needs to verify that you speak and understand English. Now, the belief that Nigeria is an English speaking country only applies to lingua franca not the academic or professional world. In Africa, only South Africa is considered a native English speaking country. Kenyans, Ghanaians and the rest would have to write English proficiency tests. Even Singaporeans write the IELTS, why not Nigerians whose system are corrupt and untrustworthy? If you are applying to a top university, it's very important you write the IELTS as scholarships are dependent on it, it's for your good o. Unless your school isn't a top university or included in the Global 30 program, but your posts come across as someone who needs these scholarships, so write it. Before you mention the price of IELTS, you should think of school fees and other expenses. It's a sacrifice you are making. You are not applying to Unilag, UNN or CU.

Save money, write the test. Admission is relatively easy provided you present all relevant documents.

Also, you would need to provide bank statement showing you can afford the minimum of living costs in the area which your university is located. The bigger the city, the more your expenses. Thus, expect a bigger requirement for Tokyo and smaller requirement for smaller cities like Tottori and Co. So if the cost of writing the IELTS deters you, mehn, you have to restrategise. Fortunately, you still have time as the next admission season is for October 2021.

After undergraduate studies, postgraduate studies are next. MSc, PhD etc. You should do your undergraduate studies in Nigeria as undergraduate studies in most Japanese universities are entirely in Japanese except for Tokyo Tech and few other universities that have undergraduate programs in English but with the requirement you would have to study Japanese during your studies to effectively learn. Run your undergraduate studies in Nigeria, aim for a fantastic grade and there are opportunities, trust me.

Already concluded on writing mine by January 2021. My annoyance with the condition was that i wanted leaving naija unfailingly this year because the admission period is always in October but due to the lockdown, wrting IELTS was impossible as at that time and that made me angry. On another note, Nigerians speak better English than south Africa how come SA is regarded as an English speaking country than our country Nigeria?

The cost of the exam wasn't my problem then but the timing(lockdown plus my urgency in wanting to take off from this country immediately). Not planning on using my bank statement because money no dey am at all, my elder brother's bank statement is what i am gonna use because he is the one standing as my sponsor. Sir, you made mention of having a high grade, my grade ain't quite on the high side but was told that Japanese national Universities doesn't look at grades, but just have a Bsc certificate and you are good to go.

Short answer, NO!
Any residents are allowed and there special requirements that even residents have to fulfill to enter Japan.
Theres even talk from Mofa to close down the boarder for a while as the number of covid 19 cases arent reducing.
