There's number 2 before 3. With number 2, it's obvious that the present personnel who have become unruly have been removed from SARS. The new outfit will be a different set of personnel. That's our point, my brother. Our position. We don't want the duty of SARS to end, but rebranded, which the IGP just confirmed. So technically, SARS will be reformed and rebranded, not abolished.

A replacement does not mean it's the same thing. SARS and its unscrupulous officers are gone. The new outfit whatever the name will have a different outlook and a different rules of engagement with different personnel and different structure. I don't know what you mean by technical rebranding. Dats just a bullshit word you're using to console yourself.

india has a population of about 1.3 billion people. for arguments sake, lets say there are 600 million men and 600 million women. now count the number of men that rape women (not including the ones committed by women) how many men did you count?
