Sunday Dare, Minister of Youths and Sports, has been attacked.

He and others including the Soun of Ogbomoso, Oba Oladunni Oyewumi, were stoned on Sunday.

The incident occurred at a meeting at the monarch’s palace.

Dare gave a brief of the incident on Twitter.

The minister noted that the youths demanding End SARS are peaceful but that the protests have been hijacked.

“Hoodlums, thugs & miscreants disrupted stakeholders meeting in Soun’s palace now-invading, stoning and breaking doors, glasses.

“Soun, myself and council chiefs were scurried into safety by the police and DSS. Ogbomoso youth are law-abiding. But hoodlums have taken over”, he tweeted.

If I was GSM I would take it upon myself, be a father for all Oyo people, demand Buhari to produce Isiaka(RIP) by protesting tomorrow and declare Oyo State #DeadState where no one will go to work. Private and public workers will converge to police headquarter to demand the President, Buhari whose workers are the Police and SARS to produce the young boy to life, failure to do that the President resigns.

The traditional rulers we have re just useless, Buy patrol van to go around in your community to stop Police extortion, You can’t but you keep getting brand new exotic cars from Government annually , only God know how many meetings I attended while working with the Government but I realize that nothing tangible Comes out after the meetings, By the time you start feeling the heat am sure you will realize what people re going through in the hand of this killer Police.

All these ones are just going round in circles... Telling us that the protest has been hijacked by criminals as if we don't know... 99% of the protesters are criminals. But the full wrath of the law will soon catch up with them..
