Once legalised, many will go into its cultivation and it will then become readily available and cheap. That so much money we will see in it is because of its illegality otherwise I would have said many are about to become billionaires overnight.

Non toxicant cannabis plants..... that's the one that will be legal. From where will people.get that genetically modified one? Note..... the bill never mentioned about cultivation.... it just said use of.... meaning it would be legal for us to consume it. I strongly believe the genetically modified'medical marijuana'/non toxicant growers in the US are the ones behind this bill. They are looking for bigger market and are paying their way into Nigeria. If cannabis is going to he legally grown in Nigeria... it will either be by the multinational companies... especially big tobacco....or/and by politicians and the rich. Legislation would be drafted to prevent the ordinary man from cultivating.... same as in the US.
