Giesselle:

Just received a mail for my EOR with a refund attachment to fill. But no change has been reflected on my online result. Is there a means of checking online? Going to the mainland from the Island would be very hectic.

#ENDSARs

how long did your EOR take?

Hi Everyone

Work ref 1 : Nov 2019 - May 2020 -Ikeja
Work ref 2 : May 2020- Present - Lekki

Same company, Same NOC, but two different locations for Work ref, Do I need to create two different entries in Work history ?
I don’t think you need to. It’s the same job and company.

Did you get a response for the lead statement? I have the same Noc and don’t know how to go about it. Can you help?

This 30k for verification irks me when I hear it but it’s for real , my husbands institution takes 30k for verification and 30k for transcript processing minus DHL/UPS , while my school took just 5k for transcript and you sort DHL right there directly in the office In fact the price for DHL is right there at the entrance.
Some schools are just the absolute worst.

It takes them 3 weeks plus to acknowledge receipt of your transcript and a month (sometimes more or less) to complete evaluation.

1. This depends. However, you can try.
2. Payment will be accepted
3. An email stating why your certificate was rejected will be sent to you after taking a look at your documents
4. a refund will be done to you using the card information you used to pay

This happened to me when I tried to do an evaluation for a diploma last month

Lotusgoddess:
Good afternoon everyone. I don't know if anyone can answer this question...
Will WES evaluate a certificate from an institution that isn't available on their list?
Will they accept payment if I proceed?
And if it isn't a positive evaluation, will my money be returned?

Has anyone ever tried this before?

Please I'd appreciate a response from anyone please.

Hello,
So i did a diploma to pass time before university. As I could not get into UNILAG, I looked for another place.
Sent this result to wes and they said they do not recognize my school.
Now, I have evaluated my BSC certificate with WES.
I want to gain more points, can I evaluate this diploma with another body like ICES?

Please help.

IQAS has returned to their old ways. I’m still struggling with acknowledging receipt of transcript

Not at all, no reply from anyone.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by Adex2442: 9:06am On Oct 13, 2020
chygoz3:

Well yes, under certain assumptions such as
1) IELTS being written only once
2) Getting police clearance certificate from only Nigeria
3) Credential evaluation done only once, i.e. not a case of someone evaluating one degree first, then adding another degree or qualification later
4) Medicals done at Qlife and not IOM. IOM medicals is about 10k more expensive.
5) Your school's process of getting transcript sent to WES and also verification is not expensive (i've read posts of people whose schools demanded as much as 30k for transcript verification)

Tanks

God bless you real good for taking out time to reply me. Thank you so much.. I guess I'll try first, if it doesn't work, I'll look at other options. Glad to know that my money will be sent back to me.

I can only get a transcript for my foundation diploma course. Will this be enough for WES evaluation?
Also which of the credentials evaluation bodies is the most reliable as at now?

Please can I use Award Confirmation Letter instead of Degree Certificate for my application?
My school just emailed me saying they can’t send the physical document (cert) because of the pandemic and closure but the can give me an award confirmation letter.
I have completed my evaluation with WES though.

Please help!!

I must confess this is a very mentally draining process after IELTS.
From my school being closed due to the pandemic to not even being sure of what NOC to use as I have a dual role to even knowing how to draft my JD according to IRCC requirement.

I may honestly have to decline ITA tomorrow because my can cannot can.

Oh I went for PCC and I was billed 15k.

I wish everyone all the best journey and May it end in praise!!!

Oh no!!!! I'm so sorry... But I don't think you should decline.....just ensure you always ask questions...Pcc is 4k max. Use the find your NOC tool to sort your Noc out

All will be well ! I’m facing same school closure issue For spouse and ECA issue With IQAS.
This journey is for the resilient because it will make you patient and stress you out at the same time. Don’t decline ITA since you have 90 days to sort out yourself.
