That is my point exactly, the man collecting IGR says this is how you will be paid, then you go and look for one law that it is the governing council that has a right to talk about your salary, the same governing council put in place by the man collecting IGR to be like a caretaker managing her affairs as regards the university, you say that caretaker is your employer to tell you about how you are to be paid. Tell me what kind of reasoning is that.

If you insist that only the governing council has the power to handle your payment, then you can also go to them anytime you want salary increment and let them source for money to pay you. It is that simple

Buhari should declare any lecturer that refused IPPIS a ghost worker or his post vacant, because he refused verification, how can an employee decide which platform or database his employer wants to use to pay him or as verification process to minimize the loop holes and money drainage, ASUU have no professional or moral justification to reject IPPIS, it is an abuse and absconding of responsibilities.
