Atiku is the owner of Intels. He is showing how much disdain he has for Nigerian workers. Laying off 300 workers just like that without severance or terminal benefits. But he can organize lavish wedding for his son. He can't try this nonsense in his native country of Cameroon.

Stop spewing rubbish...
I'm a staff of Intels and Atiku is not the owner of Intels

I DONT WANT TO SOUND ANNOYING but this is one of the reasons I fill UNIONS are always trespassing their boundaries. We all know that job security isn't assured in the private sector and coupled with how harsh the economy is presently definitely laying off workers will be a GLOBAL ISSUE as companies are doing this to survive. So now the UNION is against the sack is it when the INTEL company recalls the sack workers back and start owing them salaries that the union will keep quiet? sha let me not talk again because even if chevron for e. g sacks workers tomorrow person wey don work with them for 10years+ ko still protest and my question will be what have you been doing with the salaries all those while @ chevron (for example)??
HURT ME WITH THE TRUTH AND DON'T COMFORT ME WITH LIES!!

If the contract was signed with due process ,Atiku could have taken the FG to court to seek redress or compensation.
Atiku silence only shows the contract was signed under dubious intention to short-change the million of Nigerians.
Just like the same P&ID contract signed by the same PDP administration.

God will continue to shame enemies of this country including their pathetic habitual Wailing supporters

Pathetic youth of tomorrow

Please stop analysing what you dont know, they had a contract with FG and the contract expired in August 2020, NPA opened bids which Intels also aided and waiting for the outcome.
No contract was terminated, it expired.
And lastly, Atiku is not the owner of Intels, intels major share holder is Gabrielle Volpi (google it)

You know nothing about business.

I suppose you should understand that most companies are struggling to survive at this present time.

My brother, its actually not their fault. It hasn't been easy for most coys.

I think it is better to sack workers than for the company to absolutely fold up.

What these Coys needs to stay afloat at this present time is reasonable palliatives from the Government, but they ain't getting anything whatsoever from the Government. The "Nigerian Factor" is always an issue.

Each time you consider typing a post to be read by as many people as possible you may wish to consider showing a certain degree of intelligence (even if you have to borrow it).

Intels is a privately owned company that has over the years employed several thousands of Nigerians. Their business was impacted by a recent disagreement with their partners which led to the termination of a major multimillion naira contract.

How do you expect the duo of Atiku and Tinubu who are major stakeholders to paying redundant staff. It's a business and not a charity.

Intel's crippled our rail system and sea port extension. Have you guys ever asked yourself why didn't Obj invest rail or extend seaport to anambra. I don't care about any of the two parties. Anyone that vote for APC or PDP next election is a bastard..

Most workers in the maritime sector knows intels is used to sacking staffs. That was how they bought over Panalpina some years ago and sacked more than 90% of the workforce they inherited. Only retained a handful of managerial staff.

Atiku is a shareholder in Intels and that undoubtedly, makes him a part owner. But his stake in Intels isn't a controlling one. The majority stake are owned by an Italian. Beside ever since NPA leadership terminated the contract from Intels in managing the Port Harcourt and Warri Ports, things haven't been very rosy for the coy.

Good evening all. Please I am a daily earner but for one week now, I haven't been able to make any earnings due to sickness that I have been down with. Normally I eat as I earn but since I haven't been earning, things are very tight for me extending to my little kids. I would appreciate any financial assistance from you just for this period. Thanks and God bless.
